At ELLIPAL, we stand behind our hardware security solutions and offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that for security reasons, devices with broken seals or signs of initialization cannot be accepted for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original, unopened box with all included accessories and documentation to ensure the device remains eligible for a refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable courier service to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the security seals are intact, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
